Kjetil Aga has close to 10 years’ experience in the financial industry. He is a member of DNB’s manager and fund selection team, responsible for selecting and monitoring external funds and managers for Norway’s largest financial institution. He previously worked as a portfolio manager in DNB Asset Management’s allocation and selection team, where he was responsible for managing balanced mutual funds and discretionary mandates. He has also worked in the investor relations team in DNB. Aga started his career as a management trainee in DNB and holds a master’s in industrial economics and technology management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. He is a CFA and CAIA charterholder.

I love the ocean and being at sea. I started kitesurfing a couple of years ago and it is something I really enjoy. I find it both action-packed and a great way to decouple and get some mindfulness at the same time.
