Filipa Almeida is a portfolio manager in the fund selection team at Caixa Gestão de Ativos. The team focuses on all the responsibilities related to the selection, evaluation and monitoring of external managers. Almeida concentrates on US and developed Asia-Pacific funds and also works as a manager of alternative funds of funds in real estate and infrastructure. She started her career at Caixa Geral de Depósitos where she completed a trainee programme. In 2013, she joined Caixa Gestão de Ativos as a private wealth manager and then moved to the fund selection team. She holds a degree in economics from Porto University and is a certified ESG analyst.
